Men's Bowling kicks off Inaugural Season at Racer Classic

(LIMA, Ohio) -  The Men's Bowling team kicked off their inaugural season at the Northwestern Ohio Racer Classic this past weekend in Lima, Ohio. The Maroon and Gold took to the lanes for the first time under direction of Head Coach J.C. Heighway. Rolling a day 1 total of 4594 the Cavs sat in 13th place after Day 1. 

The University of Northwestern Ohio sat in first place after day 1 with a 54 pin lead after 6 games with a team total of 5525. Davenport University trailed UNOH with a 6 game total of 5471 for second place. Making a charge on day 2, Davenport University took the top spot with a team overall total of 8549. Edging out UNOH was Lincoln Memorial with a 8508 to secure the second place spot. The Maroon and Gold finished their first event with an overall team total of 7128.
