Men's LAX Edged By Lynn

(NORTH CANTON, Ohio) – The Walsh men's lacrosse team fell in a narrow defeat by the score of 13-12 on a chilly afternoon at Vasco Field on Monday. The Cavaliers (0-6) hung with the Fighting Knights (4-3) throughout the contest, but couldn't get over the hump in the defeat.

The Cavs never led in the game but were tied on three occasions. The last came at the 4:00 of the third win Bryan Crim scored his fifth goal of the game to make it 11-11. However, Lynn was able to answer with the next two goals.

Walsh answered with a score by Zach Macaluso on an assist from Benjamin Suchomma on a man-up opportunity to make the score 13-12 with 3:06 to go in the game, but could get no closer.

In addition to Crim, Alex Hudgens and Macaluso also had multiple goal games.

The Cavaliers will return to action Saturday as they host Alderson Broaddus for their first home G-MAC contest.
