(FINDLAY, Ohio) – Rain shortened the G-MAC Fall Invitational to nine holes on the second day, but Walsh still finished fifth in the field of nine. The Cavaliers finished with a team score of 517 after scoring 171 today.
Findlay won the event with a 456 after hitting for 151 today. Trevecca Nazarene University was a distant second with a 487.
Michele Vlacovsky and Amanda Scala were the top golfers on the day for Walsh. Both carded 40 to pace the Cavs. Danielle Roshong was next up on the day for Walsh with a 45. Danica Steiner completed the team scoring with a 46. Lexus Roshong was the fifth player on the team and carded a 48.
The Cavaliers will return to action next weekend at Grand Valley State.
