Women's Golf Falls To Findlay In Season Finale

(CANTON, Ohio) – The golf season came to a close on Sunday as Walsh lost to Findlay in a dual event at Glenmoore Country Club this weekend. The Cavaliers turned in a two-day total of 681 compared to the Oilers' 617.

Michele Vlacovsky turned in the top score for the Maroon and Gold with a 162 between a 78 and an 84 to finish sixth individually. Danielle Roshong carded an 86 and an 81 for a 167. Lexus Roshong turned in an 88 and an 86 for a 174. Kerra Loomis completed the team score with a pair of 89s for a 178.

Sierra Townsend shot a 191 as the fifth player on the team. Four Cavaliers played as individuals with Lauren Hatfield scoring a 186 between a 97 and 89. Francesca Ciraci scored a 218. Kayleigh McHugh only played Sunday's round with a 93, while Danica Steiner only played Saturday's round with an 88.
