Men's Tennis Drops Match at Lewis, 6-1

PLANFIELD, Ill. - The Walsh Cavaliers men's tennis team was defeated 6-1 by the Lewis University Flyers on Saturday (Feb. 23) at the Five Star Tennis Center. 

Lewis won the doubles point, sweeping the three matches against the Cavaliers. 

In singles action, reigning G-MAC Player of the Week Jacob Riglewski battled Alan Braschinsky to three sets before falling 6-4, 4-6, 4-6. Pedro Campos earned a singles point for Walsh with a 6-4, 6-4 win over Benjamin Kasbeer in sixth singles. 

The Cavaliers will head to Michigan for a match with the Grand Valley State Lakers on Sunday (Feb. 24) at 5:00 PM.
