(MRYTLE BEACH, S.C.)- Walsh (8-2) run ruled new Great Midwest Athletic Conference foe Ohio Valley (0-5) 11-1. Walsh closed out Day Three with a 4-2 victory over Waldof (3-6)

In Game One the Cavaliers continued their offensive dominance scoring every inning. Walsh jumped out to a 5-1 lead in the first. The Cavaliers scored six runs in the remaining three innings. Jessie Rock went 3-3 with two doubles and two RBI. Alaina Manor and Rebekah Hoffee were 2-2 with a total of five runs scored. Brooke Six was 2-3 with two RBI and two runs scored. The Cavaliers had 10 hits in Game One.

Shelbi Gregg (2-0) gets her second win in as many days. She struck out four scattered six hits giving up no earned runs.

A hot start sealed the victory for the Cavaliers against Waldorf. The Cavaliers pushed three runs across the plate in the first inning and had command the rest of the game. Annie Woolf was 2-2 with one run scored. Abbey Yaugher and Hoffee each had an RBI for the Cavaliers.

Olivia Pifer (5-1) picked up her third win in Myrtle Beach. She struck out six and gave up two runs on seven hits.

The Maroon and Gold are back on the field tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. against Cardinal Stritch and at 11:30 a.m. against Briar Cliff (IA).
