DAYTON, Ohio - In advance of Thursday's G-MAC Semifinals at Roger Glass Stadium in Dayton, the men and women's final four teams were honored at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference Soccer Banquet on Wednesday (Nov. 13).
With the All-Conference Teams being announced, Walsh heard five players have their names called by G-MAC Commissioner Tom Daeger. Senior Olivia Peters and junior Hannah Bowman, both forwards, were named First Team All-Conference. On defense, senior Alisha Himes and sophomore Madalyn Canter were selected as Second Team All-Conference. Senior forward Alexis Meffert rounded out the selections as Honorable Mention.

Peters, a two-time G-MAC Offensive Player of the Week, has scored a team-high ten goals (eight game-winners) with six assists for a total of 26 points in 18 matches. Bowman was third on the Cavaliers with four goals, including two game-winners. She added one assist for nine points total in an 18-game slate.
Canter and Himes both were key cogs in a Cavaliers defense that produced 11 shutouts with Mickey McClanahan in goal. Walsh has allowed 14 goals all season through 18 matches.
Meffert had three points on offense with one goal and one assist each.
Walsh takes a 14-4 mark into Thursday's G-MAC Semifinal against Cedarville in Dayton. Kickoff from Roger Glass Stadium will be 12:00 PM with coverage on the Great Midwest Digital Network.
