NORTH CANTON, OH: Cavalier Men's Bowling wrapped up a highly anticipated Fall season as they returned two of the top bowlers in the G-MAC last season.
Nathan Davis was the Freshman of the Year and
Robert Komlosi was the Bowler of the Year.
The Cavs competed in 6 tournaments this fall, spanning all over the state of Ohio and in Michigan!
The Men will return to the lanes for AHBA #5 on January 11th in Waterford, Michigan.
FOR THE CAVS
D.O. Apparel /Brunswick: Finished 7
th out of 10. Knocking down a total 8,011 pins.
Senior,
Robert Komlosi, had the high average on the day with a 191 for 9 games. Followed by Sophomore,
Nathan Davis, with a 182.
Orange and Black Classic: Consisted of 2 separate tournaments over 2 days.
The Orange portion on Saturday had the team bowling 28 baker games where they knocked down 4,859 pins, finishing 7
th out of 10
On Sunday, the Black portion of the tournament had 5 games and a total pinfall of 4,347. Sophomore,
Nathan Davis, averaged 187.8 on the day.
AHBA #1: Knocked down 5,497 pins, coming in 10
th out of 15 teams. Senior,
Robert Komlosi, led the day, averaging 211.8 for the 6 games.
AHBA #2: 5,649 pins were knocked down for a 6
th place finish (out of 17 teams). Junior,
Ethan Gary, had the high average of 199.7, followed by Senior,
Robert Komlosi, who averaged 197.2.
Muskie Mash: The Men started a little slow but came on strong the last couple games to finish in 2
nd (4,449 total pin fall) out of 10 teams. Sophomore, Nicholas Fortunato, led the way averaging 182.4, followed closely by Senior,
Robert Komlosi, with 182.2.
Falcon Classic: The Cavs finished 5th out of 11 teams.
