Style Henry

Style Henry, a Walsh University Alumna (’22), is transitioning from athlete to assistant coach for her first year. Graduating from Villa Maria Academy of Erie (’17), she helped her 4x1m relay claim the title of PIAA AA Champions in 2016. Her individual successes include several district podiums in her career in the open 100m and long jump events. After high school, she attended Clarion University for a brief time and holds records in the 60m dash (7.78) 100m dash (12.31), and long jump (5.56m). After her time at Clarion, she went to Walsh where she was a five-year student-athlete specializing in the 100m, 200m, 4x1m relay, and Long Jump events. One of her fondest moments is from this past season, which was being a part of the university's relay team that broke the previous school's relay record several times in one season and ranked 26th in the nation with a time of 46.02 seconds.

As a former athlete, she understands the challenges and triumphs athletes face, enabling her to offer personalized coaching to each athlete. Her goal is to take what she learned from former coaches and create the ideal version of who she aspires to be as a coach herself. She is thrilled to contribute her expertise to the success of the Walsh University Track and Field program and looks forward to empowering athletes to reach their full potential.

Outside of athletics, Style earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science and is continuing her education at the university, currently obtaining her master's in business administration with an eye on degree completion in May of 2024.
