Christina Paone serves as the Vice President for Athletics/Athletic Director for Walsh University. Overseeing 27 athletic programs, Paone leads the department that competes NCAA DII and in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference. 

Christina is very active within the broader athletics community, having served on the NCAA Regional Advisory Committee for Men's Golf. She currently serves on the NCAA DII Championships Committee, the NCAA Regional Advisory Committee for Women's Golf and the Branding Committee for the Great Midwest Athletic Conference. She is also a Deputy Title IX Coordinator for Athletics.

Before becoming the Vice President for Athletics, Paone served as the Head Men's and Women's Golf Coach. She led the Women for 15 seasons and the Men for 5. Under her guidance, both programs achieved notable successes, including the women's program's first team appearance at the NCAA Regional Championships and many individual NCAA Super Regional appearances for the men's and women's programs.

Paone graduated from Canton McKinley High School (2003) and was a member of the Bulldogs state qualifying team in 2002. Paone then played on Walsh's first intercollegiate team, and played on back-to-back American Mideast Conference Championship teams in 2004 and 2005. Walsh's 2005 team was the first team to qualify for the NAIA National Championships. Paone earned All-AMC honors four times and was named All-Region IX in 2005 and  finished ninth at the AMC championships. She graduated with a Business Marketing degree in 2006 before returning to her alma mater to coach. 

Paone resides in Canton with her husband Jason and sons Caden and Roman.
