Walsh University

Jack Pacek joined Walsh University in 2026 as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Before coming to Walsh, he worked with junior high and high school athletes across several sports at Brunswick High School while also operating his own personal training business. His approach emphasizes purposeful, evidence-based training that prepares student-athletes to perform at their best while meeting the demands of their sport.

Pacek earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Cleveland State University, where he is continuing his education in the university’s master’s program in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and brings a vast competitive background in football, rugby, powerlifting, and bodybuilding, along with having completed a full trail marathon.

Pacek is committed to developing stronger, faster, and more confident student-athletes while positively influencing their performance, and character development.
