(NORTH CANTON, Ohio) In Walsh's (6-6, 6-6) final match before the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Tournament, they defeated Ashland University (0-14, 0-13) 8-1. The GLIAC Tournament begins October 24.

The Cavs received forfeits at number six singles and number three doubles.

Alisha Angle and Daria Bondareva won 8-5 at first doubles. Bondareva then won a first singles and Angle won at fourth singles.  Arina Kravitz posted a 6-2, 6-3 win at fifth singles, Alona Skobkina won at second singles, and Asia Harris was victorious  at third singles.
