(NORTH CANTON, Ohio) – Walsh dropped to Tiffin for the second time this season with a 2-0 loss this evening at Milazzo Field. The Cavaliers fall to 3-10 overall and 1-9 in the GLIAC while the Dragons improved to 7-5-2 overall and evened themselves in the GLIAC at 5-5.

The Walsh defense stood stout for the first 30 of the game as it wasn't until the 41st minute that Tiffin scored. The goal came from Michael Bottomley, his fourth of the season, on the assist from Andre Landell. The Dragons added an insurance goal from Karl Jones in the 58th minute.

Tom Jackson played well in goal despite the two scores with six saves on 22 shots faced. One of those came on a penalty kick late in the second half as the Dragons attempted to score a third goal.

Walsh returns to action against Findlay on Sunday. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. following the women's game against Ohio Dominican.
