(PAINESVILLE, Ohio) – In the season finale, even overtime wasn't enough for Walsh and Lake Erie as the two teams fought to a 0-0 draw Sunday afternoon. The Cavaliers finish the season at 6-10-2 overall and 4-10-2 in the conference while the Storm closes the regular season at 8-6-4 overall and 6-6-4 in the GLIAC to qualify for the conference tournament.

Tom Jackson recorded his second consecutive shutout of the season with seven saves. In total, he saw 20 shots on the day.

Jackson also shutout Ashland on Wednesday night with eight saves on 16 shots faced.

The Cavaliers had two strong opportunities to score, but a shot by Jordan Prescod late in the first half and another by Michael Saddler early in the second were both saved.
