(INDIANA, Pa.) – The Walsh women's tennis team ended its season with an 8-1 loss to talented Indiana (Pa.) at the Maple Street Courts Wednesday afternoon. The Cavaliers complete the campaign at 7-19 while the Crimson Hawks improved to 15-1.
The Hawks took an early 3-0 advantage with a sweep in doubles action and quickly secured the match win with victories at fourth and fifth singles.
The lone Cavalier point came at the top spot in singles action as Sofya Logunova defeated Jarka Petercakova in a pair of 6-2 sets.
