(VIENNA, W.Va.) – Walsh's hot start continued as it defeated Ohio Valley 3-1 in G-MAC play this evening. The Cavaliers are now 10-2 overall and 4-0 in the conference. The Fighting Scots dropped to 5-7 and 1-3 in the same categories.

The Cavs opened up with a 25-20 win in the first game before beating OVU 25-15 in the second. Walsh dropped the third by four 25-21, but answered with a 26-24 victor.

Lauren Loucks had a stellar day with 17 kills. Gina Kramer was right behind her with 16. Olivia Zanolli made 45 assists while setting up the attacke. Defensivelly Amanda Adorant made 25 digs on the day.

Walsh will remain on the road in the Mountain State as it head to Davis & Elkins and Alderson Broaddus with first serve against the Senators on Friday at 5 p.m.
