Box Score NORTH CANTON, Ohio - The Walsh Cavaliers men's basketball team fell victim to a late second half run by the Kentucky Wesleyan Panthers on Saturday (Jan. 30) afternoon at Alumni Arena. The Panthers ended Walsh's four game winning streak, 71-62.

The Short Story: Walsh led by as many as ten points in the first half, taking an 18-8 lead eight minutes in and a 42-32 lead with 56 seconds left in the half. Walsh led 43-34 at halftime. KWC regained a two-point lead with 11:25 left. Christian Simmons put the Cavaliers up 56-55 with 7:23 to go. The Panthers ended the game with a 16-6 run over the final seven minutes.

- Christian Montague led the Cavaliers with 14 points on five-of-14 shooting and three treys. He had five rebounds and two assists.
- Christian Simmons tallied his fourth double-digit scoring game of the season with 12 points. He had seven-of-eight free throws made with two field goals (one three).
