In their return home to the Cecchini Center, the Walsh Women's Volleyball team split their weekend double header 1-1, with a victory over Findlay on Friday and a defeat Saturday to Hillsdale.

Walsh vs. Findlay

Score: Walsh 3, Findlay 1 (28-26, 25-27, 25-11, 25-19)

Location: Canton, Ohio( Cecchini Center)

Record: Walsh 3-0, Findlay 2-1

FOR THE CAVALIERS

• Olivia Maczuzak led the way for the Cavaliers with 14 kills on 37 total attacks. The junior also tallied 14 digs and 1 ace in the match against the Oilers.
• Olivia Kearns contributed a double-double for the Cavs. She totaled 15 digs and 38 assists. 
• Other notable performances from the Cavaliers were Sydney Dixon with 11 kills and 9 digs on 31 total attacks. 
• The Cavaliers tabbed 51 kills and 65 total team digs for the night. 

FOR THE OILERS

• Leading the way for the Oilers were Emily Annesser and Rylie Pattison.
• Annesser matched her teammate with 11 kills on the day. She also contributed 8 digs and 5 aces. 
• Pattison also recorded 11 kills and 4 digs on the day. 
• Alana Sundermann led Findlay with digs, totalling 13.

FOR THE CAVALIERS

• Grace Lindquist recorded 16 kills on 34 total attempts.
• Sydney Dixon tabbed a double-double with 11 kills and 15 total digs. 
• Olivia Kearns had 37 assists for the maroon and gold. 
• Natalie Brutscher and Olivia Maczuzak both tallied over 20 digs each for the day. 

FOR THE CHARGERS

• Karoline Shelton led the Chargers with a total of 21 kills and 19 digs.
• Allyssa Van Wienen recorded 14 kills on 27 total attempts. 
• Lindsey Mertz led all assists with a total of 46. 

The maroon and gold take the court this Tuesday at home against Ashland.
