HAMMOND, IN-  The Walsh Cavaliers were defeated by Rockhurst University in their first match of the Midwest Crossover. The Cavaliers lost by a score of 3-0.

Records: Walsh 10-8 (6-3), Rockhurst 12-7 (6-3)

FOR THE CAVALIERS:

• Olivia Maczuzak and Grace Lindquist led the Cavs with eight kills a piece
• Lindquist held a strong defensive stand at five block assists on the day, a team high
• Freshman Arora Levengood tabbed a team-high 10 digs
• Sydney Dixon totaled 8.5 points, including seven kills and eight digs

FOR THE HAWKS:

• Justice Wingate recorded match-high 15 kills on 22 attacks
• Maureen Reilly tabbed 16 digs
• The Hawks had a total of 46 kills on 98 attacks
