NORTH CANTON, OH- The Walsh University Women's Soccer team recorded their first win of the 2021 season Saturday (October 2nd) evening against Lake Erie College. The Cavaliers won by a score of 1-0.

FOR THE CAVALIERS:

• Freshman Meghan Creech scored her first career-goal at the 62:00 minute mark
• #9 Sabrina Ortenzi recorded her second assist on the year
• The Cavalier defense allowed only two shots on the day

• Goalie Megan Biddell tallied eight saves on the day
