Box Score NORTH CANTON,OH- Walsh extended their win-streak to three Thursday (March 25th) evening with a win over Lake Erie College. The Cavaliers won in double overtime by a score of 2-1.

The Cavaliers found the back of the net early on in the match as Sydney Rice scored the first goal at the 8:21 mark. Rice's goal was assisted by teammate Haley Dancer.
Lake Erie answered at the 26-minute mark with a goal by Carley Kandel, assisted by Baylor Fortune. The Cavaliers and Storm would go into halftime tied 1-1.
Both teams struggled to score for the remainder of regulation. Walsh outshot Lake Erie 11-1 in the second half, but failed to capitalize, sending the game into overtime.
A strong defensive effort by the Cavs prevented the Storm from getting any shots off in overtime. With no goals scored in the first overtime, Walsh and Lake Erie headed into double OT still tied 1-1.
In the final minutes of double overtime, Hannah Stein scored the game-winning goal, making the final score 2-1. Madalyn Canter assisted Stein in the goal at the 108 minute mark. This is the second game-winning goal for Stein.
