WALSH LOSES THIRD STRAIGHT GAME TO FINDLAY

FINDLAY,OH- The Walsh Cavaliers were defeated by the Findlay Oilers 35-0 Saturday (March 27th) evening.

Score: Walsh 0, Findlay 35

Location: Findlay, Ohio (Donnell Stadium)

Records: Walsh (0-3), Findlay (2-0)

The Cavalier's struggled offensivley as they would not find the endzone for the entire game.  Findlay scored in each of the four quarters to make the final score 35-0. 

FOR THE CAVALIERS

  • Jeremy Hodge was 12-18 on the day for total passing yards
  • Keyshawn Johnson led Walsh in receiving yards at 24
  • Noah Caston recorded his first-career interception
  • Matt Amison led the team in solo tackles at five
  • Trey Crockeet kicked his longest career-punt for 65 yards

FOR THE OILERS

  • Matt Winzeler threw for 143 yards, which included two touchdowns
  • Garrett Clark led all-rushing yards at 25
  • Christopher Jefferson and Shean Rheams each had an interception
