NORTH CANTON, OH- The Cavaliers finished up the regular season with a win over Ursuline College Saturday (April 17th). Walsh ends the regular season at .500 with a record of 5-5.

Records: Walsh 5-5, Ursuline 2-6

 Walsh recorded their fifth win of the season by a score of 3-0 over the Ursuline College Arrows. Three different Cavaliers contributed to the final score. 

Madalyn Canter led the charge with a goal halfway through the first half. Canter's goal was assisted by #16 Maddie Malinowski to make the score 1-0. 

Neither team found the back of the net for the remainder of the first half. 

Walsh's Hannah Stein extended the Cavalier lead 2-0 with a goal at the 55:48 minute mark. 

Senior Kayla Belcher scored her first career goal to make the final score 3-0. 

The Walsh defense, led by goalie tandum Shelby Elder and Maura Hickey, allowed the Arrows to only total three shots on goal.

Walsh will play in the quarterfinal round of the G-MAC championship Saturday, April 24th against the number four seed Ohio Valley.
