NORTH CANTON, Ohio - The Walsh Cavaliers women's tennis team closed out the regular season last weekend with a pair of G-MAC contests. Walsh completed a sweep of Cedarville 7-0 in the home finale on Friday (April 16) before defeating Hillsdale 4-3 on the road on Sunday (April 18). Walsh finished the regular season 14-4 overall and 5-1 in the conference. Walsh had never beaten Hillsdale until this weekend.

Walsh will compete in the 2021 Great Midwest Tennis Tournament in Owensboro, Kentucky on Friday (April 23). As the #2 seed, Walsh will face #3 Findlay at 12:30 PM Eastern (11:30 Central). The winner will advance to face the winner of the 1 vs. 4 matchup on Saturday at 11:00 AM Central.
