FINDLAY, Ohio - The Walsh Cavaliers women's soccer team traveled to DeHaven Field for the first time since playing there in November 2019 in the NCAA Midwest Regional as they faced the Findlay Oilers on Saturday (April 3) afternoon. 

The Cavaliers could not find an equalizer as they dropped the Saturday contest 1-0 to the Oilers. Walsh is now 4-2 overall and in the G-MAC after the loss. 

The first half was scoreless with the Oilers holding a 6-1 shot advantage in the first 45 minutes. The Oilers scored in the 48th minute and were able to keep the Cavaliers off the board. 

Findlay finished with an 11-2 shot lead and 6-2 for shots on goal.

Walsh will return back to Larry Staudt Field for a Thursday (April 8th) night matchup with the Kentucky Wesleyan Panthers at 8:00 PM.
