NORTH CANTON, OH- The Walsh University Volleyball team earned their fourth win of the season Saturday (September 11) against Mercyhurst University. The Cavs outscored the Lakers 3-1.

SCORE: Walsh 3, Mercyhurst 1 (25-22, 22-25, 25-22, 25-20)

RECORDS: Walsh 4-2, Mercyhurst 3-4 (1-1)

FOR WALSH:

• Olivia Maczuzak led the charge with 16 kills and 12 digs for a match-high of 16.5 points
• #8 Olivia Kearns recorded 42 assists and 18 digs
• Sydnee Marks poured in a season-high 17 digs
• Sophomore Sydney Dixon and Freshman Anna West each chipped in double-digit kills at 15 and 12 a piece
• As a team, the Cavs totaled 52 kills and 93 digs 

FOR THE LAKERS:

• Madison Kasper, Beth Brady, and Hailey Wilson all recorded double-digit kills 
• #2 Hannah Vuylsteke led the lakers in digs at 28
• Isa McCaffery dished out a team-high 21 assists
