NORTH CANTON, OHIO- The Walsh University Men's Soccer team battled cross-town rivals, Malone, on Thursday night. The Cavs went scoreless to fall 2-0 to the Pioneers in the G-MAC contest. The loss to the Pioneers have the Cavs heading into the weekend at 7-2-2 on the year.

FOR THE CAVALIERS:
- In the emotionally and physically charged rival game, the maroon and golds attempt to connect to the back of the net fell short.
- Dominic O'Connor and Jose Rabadan Villanueva each attempted shots on goal but were shut out.
- Coming from off the bench, Josh Sarver and Peyton Barnes each attempted to add points on the board for the Cavs.
- Charlie Walker allowed 2 goals for the Pioneers but saved 6 other attempts.
The Cavaliers head to North to take on new conference opponent, Northwood University, Saturday at 2:30pm.
