HAMMOND, IN- On October 14-15th, the Walsh Volleyball team competed at the Annual Midwest Region Volleyball Crossover. This event consisted of teams from the GMAC, GLIAC, and GLVC. The Cavs played three matches in the two days. They played Saginaw Valley, University of Illinois Springfield, and McKendree. The team would go on to win two and lose one to the University of Illinois Springfield. The Ashland Eagles, who are leading the conference, fell in the crossover championship to Quincy, who is 19-1. The GMAC finished 13-26 in the event.
