NORTH CANTON, OH- The Walsh University Volleyball team opened up their home match-ups  on Friday and Saturday against Northwood and Hillsdale. The Cavs battled Northwood on Friday night and fell short after being up 2-0 to start the set. The Timberwolves made a late push to take the last three sets from the Cavs. On Saturday, the Cavs dropped three sets to the Chargers of Hillsdale to round out Homecoming weekend.

FOR THE CAVALIERS vs. NORTHWOOD:

• Olivia Maczuzak and Ravin Morgan led the Cavalier attack with 15 and 13 kills respectively. 
• Olivia Kearns added 30 assists
• The Cavs dominated the second set with a score of 25-9

FOR THE CAVALIERS vs. HILLSDALE:

• Sydney Dixon and Grace Lindquist had 9 kills each on the day
• Sydney Dixon also contributed 10 digs for the Cavs
• Arora Levengood added 10 digs and dished out 7 assists

The Maroon and Gold travel to Findlay to battle the Oilers at 7PM on September 20th.
