MIDLAND, MI: In the first match up since Northwood joined the G-MAC and the first match up between the two schools since 2016, the Timberwolves downed the Cavaliers by a margin of 31 points. The visiting Cavaliers went cold from three the last twenty minutes, going 0-10 after connecting on nine in the first half. Northwood shot 58.5% from the field and 92.9% from the foul line on their way to the victory.

FOR THE CAVS 

• Morgan McMillen paced the Cavs with 18 points.
• Lauren Galaska grabbed a team high six rebounds.

• Makenzie Todd led all scorers with 23 points. 
• Maddie Voelker and Ava DiMilia each added 14. Voelker grabbed eight rebounds. 
• The bench for the Timberwolves accounted for 38 points. 

The Cavs will travel to Buffalo, NY on 2/14 to play D'Youville College. The contest was rescheduled from 12/29.
