MEN'S BASKETBALL BATTLES, IS VICTORIOUS VS CEDARVILLE

NORTH CANTON,OH: The Men's Basketball Team avenged an early season loss Thursday night, beating the visiting Yellow Jackets from Cedarville, 64-60. Down early, the Cavaliers trailed by as much as seven points in the second half but battled hard to secure another conference victory. Cedarville attempted a comeback coming down the stretch but a layup by Garrison Keeslar, and free throws from Tim Smith Jr. and Colin McHale helped seal the win. The Cavs are currently ranked #8 in the region as they head to Lake Erie College for their last regular season contest this Saturday. The Maroon and Gold previously beat Lake Erie 70-51 in December. With an Ashland loss, the Cavs are currently tied for first place in the G-MAC.
