NASHVILLE, TN: The Walsh Women's Basketball Team traveled to Trevecca Nazarene to play in the G-MAC Quarterfinal. The Trojans were #3 and the Cavs were #6. From the initial tip, the match up was back and forth. In the final quarter, Trevecca turned the heat up, going up by as many as 11 in the last two minutes. Trevecca shot 7-8 from the field and connected on five free throws in the last ten minutes to end the Cavaliers season. The Maroon and Gold finish their season at 12-17 and 10-10 in the conference.
Lexie Scarton finished her career with 512 assists, which will go down in the record books as most assists in a career.

FOR THE CAVS
- Kiley Dyrlund continued her high level of play. She recorded a double double with 20 points and 13 rebounds.
- Morgan McMillen finished with 14 points.
- The team shot 26.9% from behind the arc, 0-6 in the third quarter, in the loss.
FOR TREVECCA
- Four Trojans were in double figures. Keeley Carter had 22 and Emma Palmer had 20. Lili Wilken added 12, while Faith Wilken added 10.
- The team shot 54.2% from the floor and 73.3% from the charity stripe.
The G-MAC tournament will continue in Ashland, OH on 3/3 and 3/4. The remaining teams include Ashland, Kentucky Wesleyan, Trevecca Nazarene, and Malone.
