MIDLAND AND HILLSDALE, MI: This past weekend, the Cavalier Women's Tennis team traveled to Michigan to face conference opponents, Northwood and Hillsdale. In two tough match ups, the Maroon and Gold would fall in both. This coming week, the Cavs will host Findlay and Tiffin on 3/31 and 4/1.

RECORDS: Northwood 4-9 (2-2), Hillsdale 5-7 (2-1), Walsh 8-7 (2-2)

FOR THE CAVS VS NORTHWOOD

• Risako Umekuni and Isabella Sanchez would secure the only doubles win with a score of 6-4.
• Umekuni and Alexa Gamborino would be the only Cavs victorious in singles, winning their matches 7-5,6-0 and 6-3,7-5).

FOR THE CAVS VS HILLSDALE

• Three Walsh players found success during singles play. 
• Shantala Uzcategui (6-2, 6-4), Alexa Gamborino (7-6, 6-0), and Yasmina Mayer (6-4, 6-4) kept the contest close.
