MIDLAND, MI: The Cavaliers were once again on the road in Michigan this past weekend for four G-MAC games vs new conference opponent, Northwood. In Northwood's first season in the league, they have made their name known as they are currently in first place in the North Division. After coming out victorious in game one, the Cavs quickly learned how the Timberwolves have been rolling through the conference competition: scoring runs. The Maroon and Gold fell in the final three games of the series, being outscored and out hit. With the final week of regular season upon us, the Cavs will head to Slippery Rock, PA for a single nonconference game on Wednesday. They will then wrap up conference play, later in the week, at home, vs Malone.
