NORTH CANTON, OH: The Cavalier Volleyball team continued their winning streak this past weekend during the Hall of Fame City Challenge. Only dropping one set early in the tournament, the Cavs finished the tournament 4-0 holding their ground during their season home opener. Strong performances all weekend included Sydney Dixon, Sammie DiBease, Arora Levengood, and Aaliyah Couch.

Up next, the Cavs will travel to the University of Findlay this Saturday to compete in their first conference match of the season. First serve is set for 1pm.

Walsh 3 – Slippery Rock University 1

• The Cavaliers fell short in the first set but came back with power in sets 2, 3, and 4
• Sydney Dixon tallied 13 digs, 12 kills, and 2 assists
• Arora Levengood added 17 digs, 4 assists, and and 2 aces
• Sammie DiBease had 11 kills and 2 blocks

• Grace Lindquist played strong with 6 kills, 5 blocks, and 1 assist

• Aaliyah Couch helped with 31 assists and 5 digs

• Sydney Dixon had another great game with 13 kills, and 9 digs
• Keanna Avery helped the Cavs with 11 digs, 7 kills, and 1 block
• Aaliyah Couch had 24 assists and 8 digs
