NORTH CANTON, OH: Ohio Dominican visited the Walsh Cavaliers this evening in another G-MAC battle inside Alumni Arena! Walsh, looking for their 2nd straight conference victory, came out firing on all cylinders, shooting 72% from the floor in the first quarter. The strong offensive efforts set season highs for the home team as 88 points was most scored this season and 32 total made field goals. With the offensive power, the Cavs had a 10 point lead at half.
The visitors, who came in with an 0-2 league record, did not go down without a fight. Timely Walsh turnovers helped the Panthers slowly crawl back into the contest. Midway through the 3rd, ODU tied up the game at 55 all and then continued to keep it close within 4 points. The 4th quarter was thrilling as the Cavs seemed to keep their lead although the Panthers cut it to 1.

Mallory Oddo kept the Maroon and Gold steady down the stretch, earning them their 2nd conference win in a row.
