NORTH CANTON, OH: Walsh returned to Alumni Arena for their first home game in two weeks. They took on the Hillsdale Chargers in a tough in-conference match-up.
Â

Hillsdale continued to extend their lead, going up by as much as 16 while holding Walsh to just 40% shooting from the field. With the help of some late second half buckets by
Zack Oddo and
Logan Murray, Walsh cut the lead to just 5 by halftime.
Â
The Cavaliers offense came alive in the second half, led by
Garrison Keeslar who scored 14 of his game-high 18 points in the period. Walsh's defense also stiffened, only allowing Hillsdale to score 18 points in the entire half. Ultimately, the Maroon and Gold pulled away late to win by 14 and move into second place in the G-MAC standings.
