DEFENDING G-MAC REGULAR SEASON CHAMPS START THE SEASON 2-2

NORTH CANTON, OH- Walsh Volleyball kicked off their 2024 season with four exciting matches from August 30 to September 7. The defending G-MAC Regular Season Champions opened the year looking to continue the success that they had last year. They would start by playing in the Hall of Fame City Challenge hosted by Walsh and Malone. Then they traveled to Fairmont State to take on the Falcons.

• Anna West had a standout performance with 15 kills and a team-high 10 blocks.
• Jayme Zoeckler orchestrated the offense with 38 assists and added 2 service aces.
• Arora Levengood anchored the defense with 16 digs and contributed 9 assists.

GAME 4 FOR THE CAVS
• Sammie DiBease and Maggie Mladenova led the offense with 17 kills each.
• Anna West contributed 11 kills and a team-high 6 blocks.
• Kelsey McKeehan orchestrated the offense with 37 assists and added 1 service ace.
• Arora Levengood anchored the defense with an impressive 28 digs.
• Kiley Kalina and Carly Paugh each recorded 14 digs.
 
The Maroon and Gold will face Lynn University on September 13th at 7:00 pm in Boca Raton, FL.
