NORTH CANTON, OH - The Walsh University Volleyball Team competed in a Tuesday night non-conference match versus Clarion University. The Cavs had a rough start, losing the first two sets 30-28 and 26-24 but were able to come out firing in the third set. They had their highest hitting percentage in set three at 0.268, giving them the momentum they needed to win sets 4 and 5. With the reverse sweep, the Cavs have now won five games in a row!

FOR THE CAVS  
• Kameron Stover and Rachel Meyer each had 1 ace a piece. 
• Sammie DiBease ran the offense with 22 kills and had 18 digs.   
• Brynn Egbert  stopped the opposing offense with an impressive 5 blocks. 
• Rachel Meyer orchestrated the offense with 36 assists.   
• Locie Levengood defended the court with 29 digs. 
 
The Maroon and Gold will face Ursuline College on Friday, October 3rd at 6:00 pm in Pepper Pike, OH.
