FINDLAY, OH: The field that competed at the Doc Spragg Invitational was arguably one of the best that DII will see all season. Hosted by the University of Findlay, the 54 hole event had 3 teams shoot under par as a team for the entire tournament. UMSL was declared the winner, tying UF at -5 as a team. G-MAC counterpart, Tiffin was -1. Strong play was also seen by individuals from Hillsdale and Cedarville with the individual winners being -4 overall. 

In the loaded field, the Walsh Men finished 16th out of 17 teams. Their last event of the fall will be this coming Monday and Tuesday at Nemacolin.

FOR THE CAVS 

• Star Senior, Blake Hood, led the team with a 54 hole total of +2. He finished in 17th place with rounds of 73, 73, and 72. In the event he had 9 birdies and an eagle.
• Freshman, Brogan Sullivan, kept his season scores consistent with rounds of 75, 75, and 74. 
• Brodi Foster (75, 81, 79), Matt Stephan (76, 82, 85), and Sachin Nallapaneni (85, 81, 79) rounded out the Walsh line up.
