CAVALIERS MOVE TO 10-0 IN CONFERENCE PLAY

NORTH CANTON, OH - The Walsh University Volleyball team hosted Kentucky Wesleyan Friday night and Thomas More University Saturday, celebrating the four seniors on the Cav's Volleyball Team. On Friday, the Cavaliers were able to sweep Kentucky Wesleyan 3 sets to none.  On Saturday, Thomas More came out strong winning sets 1 and 2. However, the Cavs came out stronger in set 3, and reverse swept the Saints, winning sets 3, 4, and 5 in a 5-set thriller to wrap up senior day.

RECORDS: Walsh University 15-5 (8-0), Kentucky Wesleyan College 1-17 (0-8), Thomas More University 9-10 (5-4)

GAME 1 FOR THE CAVS  
• Mckinley Reichert led the team in kills with 11 and added 7 digs.  
• Sammie DiBease and Rachel Meyer each had 2 aces from the service line.  
• Grace Mazzocca and Brynn Egbert each set up a wall at the net with 2 blocks a piece.   
• Locie Levengood defended the court with 12 digs. 

GAME 2 FOR THE CAVS  
• Kameron Stover led the team in kills with 17 and also added an impressive 4 aces.  
• Grace Mazzoca , Hannah Shaw, and Maggie Rowling all tallied 2 blocks a piece.  
• AJ Burick orchestrated the offense with 37 assists and added 9 digs.   
• Sabrina Da Silva  defended the court with 25 digs. 
 
The Maroon and Gold will head to California, Pennsylvania to play California University of Pennsylvania on Tuesday, October 28th at 6:00pm.
