NEWPORT, KY: The Walsh Women's Bowling traveled to the 2025 G-MAC Championships with one thing in mind: to repeat as champions. They did just that as they defeated Thomas more in a best of seven baker match, 4-2, to keep the crown. The road to the defense was not easy as the team had to win elimination matches in comeback fashion! 

Walsh used experience and skill to bowl their way to victory this weekend! The skill by the women was awarded with All-Conference and All-Tournament honors for many Cavs. 
Earning All-Conference team was Kendall Schaar and Maggie Lewis. Earning All-Tournament team was Tara Oberlin and Schaar. Maggie Lewis was also honored with the Elite 26 award. This award recognizes the Student-Athlete with the highest GPA in their sport!
