PEPPER PIKE, OH: 24-0. That is the headline as Walsh Women's Lacrosse dominated the Ursuline Arrows on Saturday. The road to victory was clear as Walsh scored 11 first period goals. They would then go on to score 4, 4, and 5 goals, respectively. The defense was just as key as offense as Ursuline only had 1 shot on goal. The Cavaliers set the tempo winning 20 of 24 draw controls. 14 Cavaliers also earned at least 1 goal in the contest.
The Cavs will look to continue their dominating play as they host Thomas More on Thursday at Larry Staudt Field. First draw is set for 3pm.
