NORTH CANTON, OH: Cavalier Women's Lacrosse battled tough through a tough home stand, hosting then #2 U Indy, Lewis, and Davenport. In the three contests, the Women learned and capitalized vs Davenport, earning their first win of the season. 

Jossalyn Welch and Trinity Stowell have been the leading forces for the Cavaliers. In the games vs Lewis and Davenport, Welch and Stowell have led the WU offense. 

On the defensive side, Alexa Panetta and Lydia Dumas have solidified their roles, gaining key draws and scooping up ground balls. 

With a small break ahead, the Women's next game is scheduled for March 19th in Midland, Michigan. That contest for the Cavs will be their first G-MAC game of the season.
