NORTH CANTON AND FINDLAY, OH: Walsh Softball fell short in four games this weekend as they faced the Malone Pioneers and the University of Findlay. Friday's competition vs Malone was all Pioneers from the first pitch as they outscored Walsh, in the two games, 14-1.
Against Findlay,
Maci Smythe and
Sydney Cottrell helped the Cavs put up 4 runs in the top of the first inning but the next 11 innings were in the Oilers favor. Walsh was outscored vs Findlay, 26-4.
The last week of the regular season is here with the Maroon and Gold traveling to Hillsdale on Friday and Tiffin on Saturday.

Ava Littin, and Lindsay Leeds lead the Cavs in the batters box, all hitting over .300.
Sydney Cottrell leads with 18 RBI's on the year.
