ASHLAND, OH: With the 2026 Women's Lacrosse season coming to an end, the Great Midwest Athletic Confernece released their All-Conference awards. The Cavs had 4 Women earn recognition with two of them earning Player of the Year honors. Sophomore,
Trinity Stowell, earned Midfielder of the Year while Senior,
Alexa Panetta, earned Defensive Player of the Year. The combo of Stowell and Panetta also earned First Team in the G-MAC while
Morgan Downey and
Jossalyn Welch saw nods to the Second Team.
Alexa Panetta averaged 1.80 caused turnovers and 4.53 draw controls a game during the regular season. For Stowell, she ranked fourth in the league in draw controls with 80, while leading the league with 63 goals.
The Cavaliers finished 4-4 in the G-MAC and 6-10 overall. The final loss of the season came to the G-MAC Champion, the Ashland Eagles. The Cavaliers fell in the semifinals, 22-3.

Trinity Stowell, and
Morgan Downey each scored a goal for Walsh while
Caliana Januchowski had the lone assist.
Mya Marshall led the team with 5 ground balls and 4 caused turnovers.
