CEDARVILLE, OH: Walsh Men's and Women's Cross Country lined up for the second race of the season, Friday evening, in Cedarville. Racing against teams from all over the state of Ohio, the Maroon and Gold represented Walsh at the highest level. Out of 24 teams, the Men finished 1st with 54 points. The Women finished 3rd with 158 points. 

For the Men, Walsh dominated the field earning first by 34 points. Behind the Cavs was Case Western with 88 points and Malone with 95 points. Individually, Ruairi Zuercher finished 5th individually with a time of 25:19.2. Theo Papas was 8th individually with David D'Altorio finishing 14th. 

In the Women's race, Cincinnati scored 24 points to win with Cedarville in 2nd with 56 points. Katie Ison finished 15th with a time of 22:53.0. Sister, Hannah Ison placed 22nd. 

Both programs will be back in action, next Friday, at the Tiffin G-MAC Preview at Hedges-Boyer Park.
