PiVT Lab: 1:00–2:00 PM Mental Health Intensive for Athletes. Great for high school athletes desiring a competitive edge, those preparing for collegiate athletics, AND for those who simply want greater mental clarity and stability. This session bridges mental health and performance. We’ll cover: Managing pressure and expectations, identity beyond sport, emotional regulation tools, burnout, and confidence. $49.

PiVT Lab: July 16 9:00–10:00 AM Raising Resilient Athletes: A Mental Performance Workshop for Parents. If your athlete attends camp — amazing. I’ll get 1–3 hours with them. That’s roughly 1% of their week. The other 99% is shaped by educators, coaches, and especially parents. After a long day, parents often get the most vulnerable version of their athlete: the evening version. This workshop equips you with tools to support resilience, confidence, and emotional regulation at home. ***This training is rooted in my experience conducting parent trainings at the Cleveland Clinic Center for ADHD Evaluation and Treatment, with time built in for Q&A to address your specific questions. $49.

In addition to Volleyball skills, PiVT Lab will be on site offering Mental Health and Mindset Sessions!
About PiVT Lab: PiVT Lab exists to help athletes grow from the inside out. Our mission is simple: help athletes build resilience, awareness, and internal confidence— so their performance is built on something sustainable.

Founded by Maddie Blyer, a licensed clinical mental health therapist and former collegiate athlete, PiVT Lab integrates mental health education and mental performance training to support athletes in high-pressure environments. These are not the same thing, and they both matter.

PiVT Lab partners with Walsh University Women’s Volleyball to provide team mental health and leadership development throughout their season. This year, we are excited to expand that offering out to our youth via our camps and clinics. We believe that the earlier the education, the better.
Payment for PiVT Lab sessions is made separately and directly to Maddie Blyer. To secure your spot, please send payment via Venmo to @maddieblyer
