Coach Kendrick Bruton is the Wide Receivers Coach and is in his first season with the Cavaliers. Native of Miamisburg, OH, Bruton played tight end at Miami University (OH) from 2007-2011. Bruton returned to the field, in a coaching role, at Hiram College from 2018-2020. In his time at Hiram, Bruton coached running backs, tight ends, linebackers, and was the Special Teams Coordinator. In 2021, he coached the tight ends and fullbacks at the University of Findlay where he won a G-MAC Championship. In 2022, he served as the Offensive QC at the University of Buffalo, winning the Camillia Bowl vs Georgia Southern.Â
Coach Bruton is responsible for recruiting in Dayton and Cincinnati, OH as well as Lexington, KY and Indianapolis, IN.Â
