2023: Appeared in 17 games for the Cavs, starting in 15. She had a 8.81 goals against average, and a save percentage of .523, as well as 20 ground balls. She was named First Team All Conference, MVP in the G-MAC Tournament, and All Tournament Team.
2022: Started all 18 games for the Cavs in the goal. Saved 125 goals on 362 shots faced, was 11-5 on the season. She was named Third Team All G-MAC.
2021: Started in all 15 games, totaling 847:56 minutes in the goal. She tallied 103 saves on 333 shots faced and finished with a 9-6 record. Was named G-MAC Athlete of the Week twice.Â
HIGH SCHOOL:Â Played goalie for the Vikings.
PERSONAL: Born July 3rd, 2001. Daughter of Nancy Lamos and David Mendenhall. Studying Community Clinical Psychology with a minor in Sociology.
